19. Illuminating Targets

This is something that the East German Statsi secret police did to targets. They would spray the targets clothing with materials that would make them glow, or they would irradiate the targets with X-ray machines so that targets would start to glow in the dark, making it easier to follow them. Some targets have reported extreme visibility at night. It's hard to believe countries outside of East Germany would use such a practice, but it's a possiblity that should not be over looked.

This is one possibility that targets can examine.  

피해자에게 형광이나 방사성물질로 가해하는 경우는 이차대전 당시 독일 나치 비밀요원들이 표적들(피해자들)에게 주로 사용하던 법이다. 비밀요원들은 당시, 어둠속에서도, 표적들이 쉽게 눈에 띄도록, 표적들의 옷에다가 형광물질을 뿌려서 발광체로 보이게 하거나, X-ray를 표적자에게 쏘아서 뒤따르는 방법을 사용하고, 심한 신체손상을 입혔다.  

어떤 피해자들은 야간에 자신이 심하게..눈에 띄는 현상을 호소하는 경우가 있습니다. 이러한 방법이 구 동독 이외의 나라에서 사용되고 있다고는 믿고 싶지 않지만 간과할 수 있는 내용이 아닙니다.

20. Intimate Infiltration  
친밀하고 사적인 연인관계 처럼 접근  

This is where civilian spies/snitches will go out of their way to get into a targets life. They will try to form friendships with targets. They will try to form intimate relationships with targets.  

They will get close to people that are affiliated with targets. Years before the target ever realises they are targets they will try to get into a targets life.  

Eg. If they can't get into your life, but you have a best friend, their new significant other might just be a civilian spy/snitch. The same goes for siblings and the people that enter their lives.  

민간인스파이/밀고자가 피해자 생활에 접근할 때 사용되는 방법입니다.  가해용의범은 피해자와 친밀한 친구관계를 유지할 것입니다. 그리고 연인관계까지 유지합니다. 그리고 피해자의 친구들과도 친해집니다. 피해자가 스토킹당하기 몇 해 전부터 이미 접근을 시도한 다음 피해자의 생활에 완전히 친밀하게 들어갑니다. 예를 들어서, 만일 가해용의자가 피해자인 당신의 일상생활에 접근이 어렵게 되면, 당신의 가장 절친한 친구가 있으면. 이 사람이 민간스파이/밀고자로 매수됩니다. 이 자는 자매에게 접근하거나 주변에 연관된 사람들에게 접근합니다.  


이 부분은 다른 피해자분의 가족에게 접근한 것이 의심됩니다.

그런 다음 피해자분이 타겟이 되었다고 합니다.




21. Isolation  
고립  
For this harassment to be successful, it's important to be able to isolate the target from friends, family members, co-workers and even spouses. To accomplish this isolation many methods are used included, but not limited to: slander, lies, fake files, sabotage, anything that will get the target into a situation where they have no support system. This is important for them to succeed.  

고립과 같은 가해는 아주 성공적인 효과를 내기 때문에, 피해자들은 친구나 가족, 동업자 심지어는 배우자들로부터 고립을 당하게 됩니다. 피해자를 고립시키기 위해서 아주 무제한 많은 방법을 사용합니다. 예를 들어, 피해자가 도대체 어떤 방법으로도 피해 나올수 없는 중상모략, 거짓말, 위조파일, 사보타쥐 같은 방법을 이용합니다. 가해조직이 피해자를 괴롭히는 아주 중요한 방법중 하나 입니다.  



이 부분이 가장 극심한 정신적 피해를 입히는 부분이라고 봅니다.

 

인간말종 새끼들. 인두껍만 썼다고 다 인간이 아니죠.

 

멀쩡히 생활하고 있는 가정주부에게도 가정불화를 일으킵니다.




22. Laser Microphones

Laser microphones are microphones with a laser beam. They detect vibrations with a laser and convert it to a digital signal. Lasers are usually bounced off a window, or off any object near to the conversation monitored. Any object which can resonate/vibrate (for example, a picture on a wall) will do so in response to the pressure waves created by noises present in a room. The minute differences in the distance travelled by the light to pick up this resonance is detected interferometrically.  

Light that is subject to the varying distance is mixed with light that travels a constant distance. The interferometer converts the variations in distance to intensity variations and electronics are used to convert these variations to digital signals that can be interpreted as sound. 

This technology can be used to secretly eavesdrop on people with minimal chance of exposure. However, specialized light sensors may be used to detect the light from the beam. It was designed by Ethal Hussenburn in the 1970s during the Cold War. During the making the technology was advanced by the NSA and CIA making it smaller and compact. The Shelby laser Microphone was then invented (Source Wikepedia)

여기서 빛이라 함은 다양한 거리에 초점을 둔, 일정거리를 왕복하면서 혼합된 빛인데요. 간섭의 성질은 거리를 다양성의 강도로 환산됩니다. 그리고 전자기기는 이 변수는 소리로 나타나는 디지털신호로 바꾸어줍니다. 

이 기술은 사람들이 숨어서하는 대화도 비밀리에 엿들을 수 있습니다. 더구나 이때는 특화된 빛의 센서가 빛에서 빔 형태로 측정할 때 사용됩니다. 이 기술은 1970년대 냉전시기 때, Ethal Hussenurn에 의해서 고안된 것입니다. 그 이후 CIA와 NSA(National security Agency)에서 소형화되고 집적화된 제품으로 지속적인 개발을 해왔습니다. 그리하여 이러한,,Shelby Laser Microphone이 개발된 것입니다. ( 출처 위키페디아) .

여튼 칩의 유무는 불확실하나, 마이크로 웨이브를 꾸준히 쏴서 뇌파를

 

연결시켜놓아 피해자의 사생활이 실시간으로 전해지는 기술이 있습니다.

 

 

피해자의 사생활을 피해자의 시각으로 훤히 꿰뚫고 있으므로

 

거기에 맞춰서 가해를 저지릅니다. 외출을 하면 목적지에 미리 가 있는 등.

 

가해끄나풀을 거기에 결집시키는 방식도 사용되더군요.

 

목적은 피해자에 대한 악성 루머 퍼뜨리기와 외출지에서의 이간질

 

23. Mail and Email tampering  
메일이나 e-메일 해킹  

civilian spies/snitches will steal your mail. They will delay the delivery of your mail, and they will also make sure that your mail does not arrive. The other thing they are known for is the tampering of email. They will delay email, delete email, and stop email that you have sent from arriving  

민간스파이/밀고자들은 당신의 우편을 훔쳐갑니다. 그리고 우편이 늦게 도착된 것처럼 할 것입니다. 혹은 더러 우편물이 도착 안 된 것 처럼 할 것 입니다. 기타 그들이 하는 짓이 전자메일을 해킹하는 것입니다. 전자메일도 연기시킬 수 있고,  

피해자가 보네는 메일을 받는 자 에게 보네지 않고 중단시켜버리기도 합니다. 

이 역시도 피해자의 시각으로 모든 것을 실시간으로 훔쳐보는 것이니 가능한 부분


24. Mimicking  
그대로 흉내내기  

This is trying to copy things in a targets life.  

·  Leaving when they do.  

·  Dressing like they dress.  

·  Throwing out the garbage  

·  Going to the bathroom  

·  Doing whatever the target is doing.  

This is all designed to be psychological warfare, so that the target again feels like they are under observation at all times.  

아래와 같은 것은 피해자를 흉내내는 것들입니다. 

* 어디를 갈 때도  따라 갑니다. 

* 입는 옷을 따라 합니다. 

* 쓰레기 버리기  

* 화장실 따라가기  

* 표적이 된 피해자가 하는 것 모두 따라 하기. 

이 모든 것은 심리조종을 위해서 의도된 것입니다.  

그래서 피해자가 언제나 감시되고 있다는 위압감을 주기 위한 것입니다.

25. Mind Reading

Some targets have expressed concerns that mind reading technology, or individuals with psi abilities are being used to interpret their thoughts. Proving that such technology was even available has almost been impossible until now.

Laws that prohibit this type of intrusive activity have not caught up with the surveillance society that many live in. I think this will be something law makers might wish to be aware of, and start working on laws prohibiting this type of intrusion. Human rights lawyers might also want to hone up on these technologies.

This will include anything from doors slamming above you and below you. Garbage disposal doors, car doors, loud stereos, stomping, moaning at specific times, loud coughing, pots slamming, water running, cupboard doors being slammed, fridge motor running all night, power tools, etc.  

피해자가 살고 있는 집의 아래위집에서 문, 쓰레기 배관문, 차문, 굉음 같은 음악소리, 쿵쿵 발 구르는 소리, 특정시간대에 신음소리, 커다란 기침소리, 그릇 부딪히는 소리 수돗물 틀어놓은 소리, 찬장문 닫는 소리, 냉장고 모터 돌아가는 소리, 동력기기 소리 등등,,이러한  층간소음이 이에 해당됩니다.  

자동차 클락션, 사이렌 소리, 고의층간 소음 등이 이용됩니다.

 

지나가며 일부러 헛기침 및 가래끓는 소리 후 침뱉기도 있군요.

 

그리고 피해자만 알아듣도록 교묘히 욕설 등도 있습니다.
